Why can’t I bump my ebay store? It says FREE but everytime I click the buttom it gives me a blank page. Can you help me to bump my store please.

Raymond, If you have followed the instructions, upload photo, description, and link– be sure it is an eBay link, IE http://stores.ebay.com/YourStoreName, after you click submit, you will get a blank page on the blank page click on “continue” and you will see your listing. If you have any further problems, please let me know. Thanks for your support.

I know now the reason why i cannot bump my store is because of the internet explorer 9 browser. I tried google chrome and it works.
